Britepak supports Missionvale

23 July 2013

Britepak recently donated note pads and notelet paper to the Missiovale Center in the hope of improving learning for the many students attending the Missionvale Primary School.

The Missionvale Care Center is a haven for many of the needy residents living in the shackland township of Missionvale in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape. The centre provides love and care to the many poor and destitute with particular emphasis on those living with HIV and AIDS. With the help of a volunteer doctor and nursing sister the centre now offers medical assistance twice a week, seeing over 40 patients a day.

The centres primary school is growing rapidly and with a further 6 classrooms being added this year the school is in desperate need of any school going materials such as paper, books and pencils. Britepak has heard the call and answered in action by donating stationery to the centre in the hope of making learning easier for the many children who attend the Missionvale Primary School.

Britepak recognises that our children are the future of our nation and by improving education we ensure that they are equipped to be the next generation of leaders and “change makers”.
